Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent any transit damage, ensuring all original accessories and components are included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional pickup through our logistics partner.
Inspection and Resolution
Once our master technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your full refund, exchange, or store credit within 3-5 business days.
